We are very sorry for your loss. My mother, Joan Durning grew up right next door to Joe. She has fond memories growing up with him, especially when they used to talk to each other through their bedroom windows. We both send our thoughts and prayers to Cindy and everyone else.

Joe was a wonderful friend. Always smilling and loving. His family was his life. They were soo lucky to have him as a dad, and a caring loving husband to Cynthia.

At age 15 I remember baby sitting my little cousins Joey & Robbie in 1957 playing Monopoly. Joey would win, because even then he was good at business.
