Carol A. (Pimer) McKenna, 72, of Coventry, died Friday, September 29, 2017 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert W. McKenna, Sr. Born in New London, CT, she was a daughter of the late George T. Pimer & Cordelia L. (Raymond) Pimer.
Mrs. McKenna worked as a seamstress for many years until her retirement. She was a 4H volunteer, enjoyed traveling, attending horse shows, playing Bingo, and spending time her grandchildren.
She leaves her three loving children: Robert W. McKenna, Jr. & his wife Naomi of Brooklyn, CT, Michael C. McKenna of Glocester, RI, & Kristen I. McKenna of Coventry. She was the cherished grandmother of Trenton Studley, Damon Studley, Devin Studley, all of Coventry, Michael McKenna of Scituate, and Kayla Vandall of West Warwick.
She was the sister of the late Ruth Dorr & Jack Pimer.
Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00 am in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown. Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Relatives & friends are invited and may call from 10:00 to 11:00 am prior to the service.
