Debra Ann Cox, 62, of Cranston died Friday, August 11, 2017 at home. She was the beloved wife of Charles F. Cox. Born in Providence, Debra was the daughter of the late Amedeo and Lillian (Lindgren) Prudente.

Debra was employed as a Clerical Worker for ten years for the City of Cranston and earlier was a Clerical Worker at the former St. Ann Church in Cranston.

In addition to her beloved husband, Debra is survived by her loving children: Eric Cox (Robin) of Cranston and Adina Grissom (Gabriel) of North Scituate; two sisters: Barbara Bicknell of Coventry and Pamela Thornton of Cranston; and three beloved grandchildren: Brody, Vincenzo and Liliana.

She was the sister of the late William Linn.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 9 AM from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 5 PM - 8 PM. Burial will take place in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Harrison Avenue, Warwick.
