Janine Marie Tetreault, 64, of Cranston, a loving sister, aunt and friend died peacefully on Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. Born in Central Falls, she was the beloved daughter of the late Hector Joseph Tetreault and Lillian Marie (Dumont) Tetreault.
Janine was a supported by West Bay Residential Services since 1983 and resided with her West Bay family members Bill, Deb and Debbie in Cranston the past ten years. She had several entrepreneurial interests such as being an Avon Representative, floral delivery and a coffee delivery business.
Janine loved jewelry and enjoyed designing jewelry. She was always "on the go" and could be described as a social butterfly. Janine was very particular with her appearance and enjoyed male companionship. She also liked bowling.
In addition to her housemates and West Bay family, Janine is survived by her loving siblings: Lucy Marie Lenkewicz of Hillsborough, NC, Paul Joseph Tetreault and his wife Michele of Lincoln and Rene Joseph Tetreault and his wife Maureen of Lincoln; cherished nieces and nephews: Kathleen, Amy, Renee, Katie, Jillian, Rene, Jr., and Charlene; and great-nieces and great-nephews: Deanna, Sadie, Darion and Alexis. She was the sister-in-law of the late Walter Lenkewicz.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 10 AM in the Parish Community of St. Jude, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Daggett Avenue, Pawtucket. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
