Gregory Chandler Beals, 64, died on Thursday, February 9, 2017 after a long illness.  He was the beloved son of Mrs. Elizabeth R. (Sasso) Beals and the late G. Chandler Beals, Esq.  He is also survived by his aunts, Mrs. Margaret Mansolillo and Mrs. Eleanor Sasso.  He leaves his closest cousins Dr. Joseph and Sharon Mansolillo;  Mrs. Cheryl and Jim King;  Dr. Jeffrey and Elena Mansolillo, Abby and Alexander; Mr. Jay and Becki Mansolillo and Evan.  Dr. Jeffrey Mansolillo was Greg's Godfather.
   
Greg was the Administrator of G. Chandler Beals Law Office and also served as Manager and Trustee of Belcourt Castle. A graduate of Moses Brown and Holy Cross College, he attended Suffolk Law School.  He served as photography editor and editor in chief of the Moses Brown Mosaic. Greg was the youngest Eagle Scout in Rhode Island at age 13. He enjoyed photography and hunting and fishing with his dad.
   
His funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston.  Burial in St. Ann Cemetery.  Relatives and friends are invited.  Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 pm.
   
In lieu of flower, gifts in Greg's memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Church and Charitable Ministries would be appreciated.
