Raymond S. Hill, Sr., 71, of Providence, died peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2017.  He was the husband of the late Carmen Brown.  Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late Edward R. Waite, Jr. & Mabel Elizabeth Hill. 

Mr. Hill was employed as a factory worker in the manufacturing industry for many years until his retirement. 

He leaves his children: Michele, Raymond, Carmen & Anthony Hill. He was the brother of Thomas A. Hill of Westerly, Steven Robinson of North Kingstown, and the late Robert E. Hill, Richard R. Hill, Kenneth E. Hill, Albert A. Waite, & Gloria Smith. He also leaves his Godsons, Perry Jordan of Bradford & Johnny Hill of North Kingstown. 

His Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11:00 am in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown.  Burial will follow in East Greenwich Cemetery.  Relatives & friends are invited and may call from 10-11 am prior to the service.
