Ann M. (Matteson) Palazzo, 67, of Laconia, New Hampshire, formerly of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15, 2016.  She was the wife of the late Charles Palazzo.

Ann graduated from Dominican Academy in Fall River and received her Bachelor's Degree from Roger Williams College.  Ann was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.  Attending Paw Sox games was one of her favorite things to do.  She also loved cats and dogs.

Ann is survived by a good friend, Joyce, cousins Angie and Paul whom she visited on her visits to Rhode Island, and her much beloved cat, Hudson.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11 AM in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 10 AM - 11 AM. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  

Memorial contributions to the East Greenwich Animal Protection League, 205 Hallene Road, Unit #213, Warwick, RI 02886 or St. Peter's & St. Andrew's Church, 25 Pomona Avenue, Providence, RI 02908 would be appreciated.
