Lois C. Goff, 89, of Warwick died Sunday, October 23rd at the Philip Hulitar Impatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of sixty-three years to Vernon B. Goff.
Born in South Kingstown, Lois was a daughter of the late Robert and Doris (Rogers) Greer.
Lois was employed as a registered nurse at Roger Williams Hospital and later at the Scandinavian Home in Cranston. She was a member of the Edgewood Congregational Church in Cranston and a member of the Lockwood High School Reunion Group, Class of 1945.
Lois is also survived by a son: Vernon B. Goff, Jr. of Warwick; two daughters: Stephanie G. Galligan (Thomas) of Warwick and Sherrie A. Granata (John) of Warwick; five grandchildren: Ryan, Christopher, Jillian, Danielle and John and two great-grandchildren: Bryce and Gianna.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Burial will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, North Kingstown.
