L. Doris (Johnson) Pierce, 82, of Warwick passed away on July 13, 2016 after a brief illness with her family by her side.  She was the wife of the late Ernest W. Pierce.  Born in Providence on August 9, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Mildred (Epstein) Johnson, and her stepmother Lydia Johnson.
