Donna E. (Nelson) D'Ovidio, 55, of Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center.  She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. D'Ovidio.  Born in Cranston, she was the devoted daughter of Harold and Carol (Coker) Nelson of Warwick.  Loving mother of Michael N. D'Ovidio and Morgan E. D'Ovidio, both of Warwick.  Caring sister of Mark Nelson of Coventry.
   
Donna was an Insurance Claims Consultant for MetLife Insurance Co.  for 37 years.  She was a graduate of Toll Gate High School, class of 1979 and a communicant of St. Catherine of Siena Church.
   
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 10:00 am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 3252 Post Road, Warwick.  Relatives and friends are invited.  Calling Hours will be held on Sunday from 5-8 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95).  Burial will be private.
