59, of Cranston died Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara J. (Simmons) Vieira.
Born on March 3, 1957 in the Azores, Roger was a son of the late Jose and Emilia (Oliveira) Vieira. He was employed as a model maker at MAG Jewelry Company and resided in Cranston the past 30 years.
Roger is survived by two sons: Robert E. Vieira and Mark J. Vieira, both of Cranston; a sister: Isabel Vieira of Johnston; a sister-in-law: Carol Vieira of Warwick; two nieces: Kayla McDevitt and Elizabeth Morrissette and a nephew: Richard Vieira.
He was the brother of the late Eliseu Vieira and uncle of the late A.J. Vieira.
Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements under the care of THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Warwick.
